The pool
The swimming pool lies at the foot of the famous Bellvarde slope, where there is also a hot-tub in the snow, hammam, sauna, massages and relaxation area. Clarins provide an in-house beauty service here too to complete your pampering experience. A second, indoor pool and gym provide more.
The Restaurant
With two restaurants to choose from, you can dine in style surrounded by sumptious furnishings in the oak lined dining room. La Luge serves more traditional Savoyard style cuisine, and aferwards you can sink into one of the comfiest sofas in the bar area, warming yourselves by the open fire.
Visitor comments
- "Our family of 4, kids ages 14 and 16 went skiing in Europe for the first time in March. We spent a great deal of time researching locations- where to go to get the best snow so late in the season. We then wanted the quintessential ski experience with a picture perfect village and a lovely hotel. We found it! The rooms at Le Blizzard were not extravagant or exquisite. They were cute, warm, full or character and we were lucky to have a view. It felt very different than the American ski experience. We partake in many of the Apres Ski experiences and felt as though the rooms, the spa and the breakfast were all fabulous." - Trip Advisor

- "We have travelled to the alps several times and stayed in a lot of different hotels. Val d'isere and Le blizzard wins by far! The rooms, the staff, the breakfast, the central location a 2 min walk from the mountains, the spa, the atmosphere, the decoration and all of that put together makes for a perfect and almost magic ski retreat!" - Trip Advisor
